RETURNS

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Refunds: 

Here at Robyn&Reg we do accept refunds. You do however only have 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund. Please provide your order number in the subject field, and your full name, order contents and reason for refund with reliever evidence if applicable to robynandregpetwear@gmail.com and we will help you as best we can.


Please allow us up to 3 business days to reply to your email to discuss your refund further, and we will also send you the relevant returns address. You will then have 7 days from the date we reply to you to ship your returned goods.

The order contents must be returned to us in the original condition, unworn and with all relevant packaging. We cannot accept items where the product has clearly been worn or washed as that would imply the product has been used and is therefore un-re-sellable. Returns made after the returns timeframe, or in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted and you will need to arrange collection of your returned goods at your own cost.

Exchanges: 

 

We do also accept exchanges, even though our products are handmade to order, sometimes measurements can be wrong and an exchange is needed. Therefore if you wish to have an exchange you must request a refund for either store credit or for the funds to be returned so you can re-order the correct size for example. Please note this must be done within 14 days of receiving your orders and you are responsible for the return costs and will need to pay for the shipping of your correct size/item. 

You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email to: robynandregpetwear@gmail.com 

Please allow us up to 3 working days to reply to your email and confirm your return - we will send you the relevant returns address to make your return. You will have 7 days from the date we reply to you to ship your returned item(s).

Please please please ensure to double, and triple check your sizing before placing an order, you can always reach out to us for help if you are unsure prior to ordering, or you can follow our size guid on the website or on our social media platforms.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we would recommend that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office or choose to send the goods by Recorded Delivery for your records. All returns are made at your own cost.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return. If you have not heard from us after this time, please reach out to us at: robynandregpetwear@gmail.com with your order name and number.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives to you damaged or faulty this may be returned for a replacement or full refund (including shipping). 

 

Cancelation 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email robynandregpetwear@gmai.com. We cannot however cancel your order if this has already processed for dispatch (which can take up to 10 working days after purchase which is plenty of time, you are also required to ship the product back at your own cost due to not cancelling in time.
